Joe has over 22 years of experience managing geographically dispersed IT and Cyber Security professionals, software developers, intelligence analyst (CI, HUMINT, IMINT and All-Source) and linguists. He brings a wide range of experience as a US Army SIGINT analyst and IT professional to senior executive positions in the defense industry.
His diverse background brings a unique set of qualifications both in executive leadership and management skills combined with technical and mission expertise resulting in proven cradle to grave results running business units with over $400M in new business growth and successful contract execution.
Craig is the Vice President of Programs at IMG, where he leads operations, strategy, and team management. With over 25 years of experience in intelligence and technology, he drives program growth and ensures smooth daily operations.
Craig started his career as an Army Signals Intelligence analyst, deploying to Bosnia under "Operation Joint Guard." He was one of the first to be trained in radar and infrared data analysis. After his service, he supported various military, national, and federal agencies across more than 15 countries. In 2003, he was one of the first contractors to deploy with the National Reconnaissance Office during the Iraq invasion.
Later, Craig joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), ultimately serving as the Senior Intelligence Officer, overseeing security for 35,000 personnel in over 100 countries.
Craig holds a criminology degree and is a passionate golfer and car enthusiast with three children.
Kristen Abrigo is the Director of Security and Contracts at IMG, where she collaborates with IMG’s Senior Management to ensure the safety and integrity of institutional information and operations. In 2013, Kristen started her career in government contracting with IMG.
She has served in multiple departments during her tenure, including capture and proposal management, personnel and facility security, and contract administration and compliance roles. She brings a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting strategic business decisions and key company initiatives.
Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government at The College of William and Mary.
Tim is the Director of Talent Acquisition at IMG, where he leads strategic recruitment initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. In his 35-year career, Tim has directed talent acquisition for multiple government contracting and healthcare corporations, successfully hiring over 15,000 employees.
He has been featured in media outlets including The Washington Post, Military Times, and RecruitDC, sharing insights on recruiting best practices. Tim actively contributes to the industry as a member of Project SAVE and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC), and he is a former member of the ClearanceJobs Advisory Board.
Tim has been recognized for his expertise in talent acquisition with the Candidate Experience Award from The Talent Board Association Group and the Best Recruiter Program Award from ClearedJobs.net.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Towson University.
Kristen Pyne is the Director of Human Resources at IMG, overseeing employee engagement, total rewards, communications, legal compliance, and company culture. With over 13 years of experience in HR and compliance, Kristen partners with Senior Leadership to support company initiatives, ensure fairness, and foster a people-centric culture to attract and retain top talent. She continuously researches industry trends, integrates employee feedback, and works to enhance both employee and customer satisfaction.
Kristen began her career in banking in 2012, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement. She joined IMG in 2018 as an HR Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of HR. Her expertise in compliance, employee relations, and record-keeping led to her promotion to Director of HR in December 2024.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
