Meet Kevin
Meet Joe
Joe is the Chief Operating Officer at IMG and has over 25 years of experience managing geographically dispersed IT and Cyber Security professionals, software developers, intelligence analyst (CI, HUMINT, IMINT and All-Source) and linguists. He brings a wide range of experience as a US Army SIGINT analyst and IT professional to senior executive positions in the defense industry.
His diverse background brings a unique set of qualifications both in executive leadership and management skills combined with technical and mission expertise resulting in proven cradle to grave results running business units with over $400M in new business growth and successful contract execution.
Meet Mary
Mary is the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Contracts at IMG, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s financial operations, contract administration, and business practices. She works closely with executive leadership to align financial and contractual strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives. With 26 years at IMG, Mary brings extensive institutional knowledge and experience to the organization with her deep understanding of both the organization’s operations and the customer environment. Mary’s expertise and longstanding commitment and dedication to the company help ensure sound financial practices, effective contract management, and continued success.
Mary is a graduate of Old Dominion University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Meet Craig
Craig is the Vice President of Programs at IMG, where he leads operations, strategic initiatives, and program execution across the organization. With more than 25 years of experience spanning intelligence, technology, and program management, he drives organizational growth, operational excellence, and mission success.
Craig began his career as a U.S. Army Signals Intelligence Analyst, later advancing into technical and program leadership roles with responsibility for contracts exceeding $100 million. During his time in private industry, he spent eight years in a deployment-ready status, frequently supporting U.S. intelligence operations worldwide in a variety of critical mission roles and austere environments.
He later joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as a government civilian, serving in progressively senior leadership positions. As the G2, Senior Intelligence Officer, Craig oversaw intelligence and security operations supporting more than 35,000 personnel across 100+ countries, ensuring the protection of critical personnel, facilities, infrastructure, and missions worldwide.
Meet Kristen
Kristen Abrigo is the Director of Security and Contracts at IMG, where she collaborates with IMG’s Senior Management to ensure the safety and integrity of institutional information and operations. In 2013, Kristen started her career in government contracting with IMG.
She has served in multiple departments during her tenure, including capture and proposal management, personnel and facility security, and contract administration and compliance roles. She brings a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting strategic business decisions and key company initiatives.
Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government at The College of William and Mary.
Meet Nicole
Nicole is the Director of Recruiting at IMG and brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership. A strategic and results-driven leader, she is responsible for developing the teams and talent pipelines that fuel organizational success. Nicole leads recruiting initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional talent to support IMG’s growth, mission, and long-term objectives.
Throughout her career, Nicole has built a strong reputation for identifying and recruiting highly skilled technical professionals and cleared personnel, particularly within the technology and government contracting sectors. She combines a deep understanding of workforce strategy with a relationship-focused approach, partnering closely with executives, hiring managers, and business leaders to build and sustain high-performing organizations.
Prior to joining IMG, Nicole held recruiting and talent acquisition leadership roles at INTEC, ANSER, Kenrob IT Solutions, and ManTech International. These experiences provided her with extensive expertise in navigating complex talent environments and highly competitive labor markets.
Nicole’s passion for people, talent strategy, and organizational growth has been a defining theme throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Longwood University.
Meet Greg
Greg Harris is the Director of Growth & Technology at IMG, where he supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives, business development efforts, and technology solutions. With nine years of experience in IT consulting and program management, Greg brings a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and business development experience to the organization.
Throughout his career, Greg has served in a variety of roles, including Program Manager, Business Development & Capture Manager, and Technical Writer. His diverse experience allows him to bridge technical requirements with business objectives, supporting the development of solutions and strategies that position organizations for continued growth and success.
Greg also served in the Army National Guard, bringing a service-oriented perspective and leadership experience to his work at IMG.
Meet Kristen
Kristen Pyne is the Director of Human Resources at IMG, overseeing employee engagement, total rewards, communications, legal compliance, and company culture. With over 13 years of experience in HR and compliance, Kristen partners with Senior Leadership to support company initiatives, ensure fairness, and foster a people-centric culture to attract and retain top talent. She continuously researches industry trends, integrates employee feedback, and works to enhance both employee and customer satisfaction.
Kristen began her career in banking in 2012, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement. She joined IMG in 2018 as an HR Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of HR. Her expertise in compliance, employee relations, and record-keeping led to her promotion to Director of HR in December 2024.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
